Austin Nagarathars would like to welcome you and your family to Austin for an exciting and fun-filled Pillayar Nonbu 2010 on Dec. 25th & 26th, 2010. We wish you a great experience and a pleasant stay at Wingate. Please follow the guidelines provided below during your stay.
- 1. All events will be held in the Conference hall in Wingate Hotel.
- 2. Check-in at the Nonbu 2010 registration desk in front of the conference hall on the first floor (not at the hotel Lobby/Reception).
- 3. All rooms are non-smoking and they are allocated based on family size. Two singles will be sharing a double bed room.
- 4. Pay TV and telephones are turned off in your room to avoid charges for the organizers. If you require those services, please contact the hotel reception and give your credit card. Mini bar and Internet access in your room are pay-per use only. Contact hotel reception before using.
- 5. Please use “do not disturb” sign as much as possible when you are in the room.
- 6. Hotel serves continental breakfast on Sunday, Dec. 26th in the breakfast area from 7 am to 10 am. You requested to eat the breakfast in the restaurant. Taking food out of the restaurant is strictly not allowed as per the contract.
- 7. It is your responsibility to take care of your children (under 18) during your entire stay at the hotel. Hotel is located close to the high way and down town. Please instruct your children not to use the elevators without an adult and not leave the hotel at all times.
- 8. No pets or smoking allowed in rooms. There will be a charge for deep cleaning due to violation of this policy.
- 9. No rooms should be used to host parties that disturb other guests. Any person or group of people causing a disturbance or misconduct may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
- 10. Hotel and the Nonbu 2010 organizers are not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen personal belongings such as jewelry, computers, cell phones, etc.
- 11. Please do not move any of the hotel appliances out of your room.
- 12. Please do not enter into areas marked “For employees only” – specifically back areas marked “no access.”
- 13. Check-out at the hotel reception desk before 12 Noon on Dec. 26, 2010.
- 14. Call 911 for any emergency. Contact any Nonbu 2010 organizers listed below for First Aid or any other assistance during the program:
